The Ordering Process
ORDER FORM
Please download our form above to customize your order. Please message or call/text/email Sara (563-380-8153) or Mac (563-379-0462) fischersara23@gmail.com for assistance filling out the form.
Step 1: The Beef Form
First, fill out our form to fully customize your whole, half, or quarter. Please contact us for assistance on decisions. After submitting your order, Please pay your deposit.
Step 2: The Butcher
We will send the animal to the butcher once the whole animal is spoken for and ready for market. (Please see our butcher schedule for an accurate wait time.)
Step 3: The Wait
Once the butcher receives the animal, the hanging, packaging, and freezing process takes about 3 weeks. We will notify you when you should expect your beef to be ready.
Step 4: Pick-up & Final Payment
Once your beef is packaged and ready we will let you know when you can pick it up at the farm, or there is a shipping/delivery option. Final payment is due at time of pick-up.
